The system is applicable for automatic weighing of powdery, granular and flaky chemicals in rubber, plastics, chemicals, food, medicine and other industries. This system can weigh many chemicals and is characterized by high weighing accuracy, efficiency and automation with compact structure, flexible layout and good operating environment.

The system consists of bin bag filters, small chemicals storage bins, screw feeders/electromagnetic vibrating feeders, electronic scales, check scale, transfer conveyors, dust collector and control system. It is equipped with special feeders and high-precision electronic scales with very good stability. Multiple electronic scales can work simultaneously. The chemicals are fed into the charging basket on the electronic scale by the screw feeder/electromagnetic vibrating feeder with variable speed and frequency for weighing. The charging basket automatically runs, starts or stops according to the instructions on the closed cycle track, realizing the full automation of the weighing process, thereby increasing the production efficiency and improving the production environment.
