Section 365-B of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) deals with the offense of "Kidnapping, abducting or inducing woman to compel her marriage, etc."

Here's the text of Section 365-B PPC:

"Whoever kidnaps or abducts any woman with the intent that she may be forced or seduced to illicit intercourse, or may be compelled to marry any person against her will, or may be subjected to grievous hurt or slavery, or rifled or plundered, or who with intent to facilitate the commission of any such act, kidnaps or abducts any woman, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine."

In essence, this section makes it a criminal offense to kidnap or abduct a woman for the purpose of forced marriage, sexual exploitation, or other forms of harm or exploitation. The punishment for this offense is up to seven years of imprisonment and a fine.
