INGREDIENTS FOR THE VEGAN MOZARELLA
In a mixer put
a block of silken tofu 350g (1 + 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon of garlic salt. If you don’t have this just take a third a teaspoon of garlic powder and two-thirds of salt.
½ a teaspoon of white pepper
A teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoons of lemon or white wine vinegar
4 tablespoon of coconut oil
A teaspoon of agar agar
