Danish Glogg

Ingredients:

3 l. red port
10 whole cloves
4 cardamom pods
2 cinnamon sticks
1 orange
1 tablespoon of raisins
1 tablespoon of almonds
200 ml. of white rum

Preparation:

In large pot combine together: wine and rum. Add cinnamon, orange zest, cloves, crushed cardamom, raisins, peeled almonds. Gently heat the liquid on the stove but do not allow to boil. Remove from heat, set aside for 40 minutes.
Spill into glasses, use your spoon to eat raisins and almonds.
