Autumn Love affair - a beautiful walk with peaceful music to help you relax

Autumn weaves a magical spell as it whispers its secrets, the winds of change stirring up hopes and dreams and bringing the year gently to its knees. Such glorious colours ,intoxicating and an inspiration for the soul. Autumn is nature’s wonderful way of building a bridge between summer and winter.

Watching in wonder as the trees gladly surrender their leaves to create a symphony of red and gold.

What lessons we can learn from this. It’s a time to examine all those thoughts going round in our heads to see what we can let go of - all those limiting self beliefs which no longer serve us but have become so much of a habit we hardly notice how they are holding us back and preventing us from moving forward to reach our true potential.

Autumn is a time for contemplation, reflection , and considering new ways of overcoming our perceived limitations.
