In this video, we explore our development into the world's first commercial independent Tesla Service Center. We address the challenges we faced, and still face, and the various levels of innovation we achieved and skills we acquired to survive and be able to compete with the far more resource rich Tesla factory service network.

Along the way, we accumulated a global reputation and developed a reputation as advanced Tesla Roadster technical experts, sought by not only the owner community, but Tesla as well.

Applying the same protocols, reverse engineering processes, and innovative approaches to service, we began to focus into the other Tesla platforms, often improving design with aftermarket products, and offering more cost effective service solutions.

Recognizing independent shops like ours will rapidly replicate all over the world as the EV disruption continues to gain momentum, these will eventually overshadow OEM service delivery. This video addresses the challenges each will face, and the inevitable shortage of factory shops as EV production continues its exponential growth.
