Hello my Cleen Freeks and welcome back to my channel. Today I will be going to do an inspection at one of my largest properties that I inspect and clean. I was going in with the intention to show you guys what a detailed inspection entitles, but instead, I walked into a mega mess from the previous cleaners lack of cleaning efforts.
I spent my morning from 8 AM till 11:30 AM cleaning the entire house, the only thing I did not do was remake the beds, which I still had to re-stage the beds because they looked like someone rolled all over the sheets.
Today was an extremely frustrating experience. I just wanted to get a video out for you guys and give you tips on how to do an inspection if you ever had one or show you what an inspection should look like if you got one assigned to you and you were not sure of what it entitled, I will make sure that next inspection video I show you is a step-by-step on what you have to do but today’s video will just show you how it can derail you and your schedule, If you didn’t come prepared to actually clean up a mess you weren’t expecting to clean up. I would like to encourage you to be bold in your request of pay to be bold with your hosts and ask for what is rightly yours especially if you have to do what I had to do today and re-clean an entire almost 4000 square-foot property.
