How do you break the cycle of incarceration and treat underlying behavioral health conditions? There's no simple formula, but these ladies are putting in the hard work to make a difference. This video profiles the collaboration and work of the Criminal Justice Behavioral Health Liaisons employed by Frontier Health who serve nine counties in Northwest Tennessee. Thanks to Gov. Bill Lee and the Tennessee General Assembly, we've been able to expand this program to all 95 Tennessee counties. Statewide, this program helps about 3,000 people a year connect with treatment and supports to address their behavioral health challenges and live productive lives in the community.
