5 Beginner Roller Skate Tricks for the Skatepark if you can't drop in (yet) | skate tutorial

One of the things that I love about roller skating, is that there are so many different types and styles of skating, but sometimes it's hard to know where to start. Park skating is different from a lot of other types because you need to learn how to deal with [and embrace!] uneven ground and use it to your advantage as you whip around the park.

I've made this video with 5 skills and tricks for the skate park for all the new skaters out there that don't know where to start or if you're looking for some advice on how to do different tricks. The first skill is to roll down a ramp, which is a bedrock for learning the other tricks, but the others don't need to be learned in any particular order.

Before you start, you should already be comfortable skating forwards, backwards and stopping.
