Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring is an ongoing process that tracks progress against expected results, while evaluation is a more comprehensive assessment that is typically conducted at key points during or after an intervention to assess its overall effectiveness and impact.
Internal Checks:
Weekly classroom observations by coordinators.
Monthly feedback from teachers and parents.
The academic year will be divided into three terms. A scheme of work will be issued for each term. Evaluation will be done against the targets given in scheme of work. The Hexagonal evaluation will have the following parts;

 3600 Teacher’s Evaluation
 Child evaluation and observation
 Classroom observation
 Effectiveness of school In-charge
 School Environment
 Parents feedback (conducting manual school observation and surprise visit to Future Leader home)
Note: A sticker will be pasted on the main gate of the Future Leader's house for identification. The name of the leader will be written in this sticker. Any day of the week, the monitor will be able to find out the feedback about the study of Future Leader by the parents with the help of this sticker.
