Low-Calorie High-Protein Liquid Dough Bread

Ingredients:

Gram flour : 2 tablespoons (44 calories, 4g protein, 0.5g fat, 8g carbs)
Seasoning: Choose one or combine (negligible calories)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Italian herbs
Red chili flakes
Olive oil: A few drops (approx. 10 calories, 0g protein, 1g fat, 0g carbs) (optional)
Water: As required (0 calories)

Instructions:

1. Mix gram flour, seasoning and olive oil in a bowl.
2. Gradually add water to form a smooth, thick liquid dough.
3. Knead for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
4. Pour into a microwave-safe ramekin or mug.
5. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Let cool for 30 seconds.
