Trooper's Report:

On 09/01/2024 at approximately 8:10 P.M, I initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle bearing LPN AXH71E. The driver was later
identified as CHRISTOPHER JARMAR TUCKER for driving left of center, inattentive driving, and improper turn signal. V1
stopped for a moment and then drove away from the traffic stop. I advised dispatch that I was in pursuit. I performed a
successful TVI on V1 near mile marker 129. I took the driver of V1 into custody. Tucker had a strong odor of alcohol emitting
from his person, bloodshot shot water eyes, and slurred speech. Inside V1, there were two boxes of alcohol-containing
alcoholic beverages, one box was located in the rear seat of V1, and the other box was located in the truck along with an open
container of liquor. OCA 202416440ASP was issued. Minor damage was sustained to ASP unit as a result of this incident.

Tucker was transported to Baptist Health Hospital to be cleared before being transported to Pulaski County Detention Center.
Shortly after this incident occurred another vehicle pulled onto the scene and parked in front of V1. CHERYL CHANTA
TUCKER (driver) and a female juvenile stepped out of the vehicle. I advised both of them several times to return to their
vehicle. I let them know they could wait at the next exit off the road. Cheryl Tucker refused to obey commands, and after
several attempts to talk to Cheryl Tucker, I told her to put her hands behind her back. Cheryl Tucker pushed away from me,
moved her hands to her chest, tried to walk away from me, and refused to put her hands behind her back. Tucker and the
passenger were placed in custody for obstructing governmental operations and resisting arrest.
