INGREDIENTS
500g bread flour
312 ml warm milk
2 tsp dry active yeast
50g sugar
5 tbs or 70g melted butter
1 tbs vegestable oil
1/2 tsp fine salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
1 whole egg

FOR SUGAR GLAZING
Sugar powder (depends on texture)
3 tbs butter
milk


NOTE: After you shape ur dough yo doughnut shape you should rest the dough and let it rise one more time for 15 minutes before frying.
