Hi y'all.
I'm posting a video every day in July!
Today's video is about harvesting apricots - it's a short but joyous season. This year I am freezing some apricots and dehydrating the rest. I love dried apricots and I am hoping to make some apricot jam this winter with some of the frozen batch.
