In this video I will show how to do the pocket wrap cross.

👩‍👧 The baby is in the M position . that means its knees are parallel and a bit higher than its bottom. So it looks like the M letter. The baby is in its physiological stand and therefore, the tension on its spine is reduced.

👩‍👧 The baby’s back is a bit rounded.

👩‍👧 The baby’s body is evenly fixed to yours. The baby’s head is about twenty centimeters away from you and you can easily kiss him. If you are able to do that, then you’ve wrapped it all right.

👩‍👧 The cross on your back isn’t twisted and evenly spread out along your back. You must always be able to see your baby’s face. The cross helps your baby to keep its head fixed.

👩‍👧 If the baby doesn’t hold its head confidently, you can support the baby’s head with the fabric of the cross at the back of their head, placing the baby’s head on the side.

👩‍👧 To give your baby a better view and more air, you can pull the cross, which is next to its head, over your shoulder. You can form a head-rest if extra head support is needed.

👩‍👧 Here’s how it’s made: take a small piece of fabric, I’ve got a bandana, place it around baby’s head push it into the upper part of the baby wrap.
