大家應該都會想到
「韓式泡菜湯」「辣炒年糕」
「海鮮煎餅」等等超經典的料理！
但還有一道是不能錯過的料理
就是「豬肉大醬湯」！
冷冷的天喝下去～暖呼呼的！
是種特別的體驗喔！

今日份量(6人份)

🥣需要準備的材料🥣
👉櫛瓜 260克
👉馬鈴薯 1顆
👉豆腐 300克
👉小魚乾 15克
👉昆布 15克
👉韓國大醬 60克
👉蒜頭 10克
👉蔥白 10克
👉蔥綠 15克
👉辣椒粉 1大匙
👉韓式辣椒醬 50克
👉糯米粉 1大匙
👉水 100毫升
👉香油 1大匙
👉豬肉 300克
👉辣椒 1根

1大匙 = 1湯匙 = 15ml
1小匙 = 1茶匙 = 5ml

🧂備料🧂
①馬鈴薯削皮切塊
②櫛瓜、豆腐切塊
③熱鍋加入小魚乾炒香，加入水、昆布煮15分鐘

🧂大醬🧂
①熱鍋下油，下蒜、蔥白炒香
②關火下辣椒粉、韓式辣醬、韓式大醬、香油（一半）、糯米粉、水
③開火拌勻後，加入些許高湯(200毫升)攪拌後倒入容器備用

🥘步驟🥘
①熱鍋下香油，加入豬肉、馬鈴薯、櫛瓜炒香
②倒入高湯、大醬（三大匙）拌勻
③加入豆腐、辣椒、蔥綠
(可以照個人喜好加入青龍椒)

👉260g Zucchini
👉1 Potato
👉300g Tofu
👉15g Dried fish
👉15g Kombu
👉60g Korean soybean paste
👉10g Garlic
👉10g Scallion (white)
👉15g Scallion (green)
👉1t Chili powder
👉50g Korean chili paste
👉1t Glutinous rice flour
👉100ml Water
👉1t Sesame oil
👉300g Pork
👉1 Pepper

⚠️Notice⚠️
1T(bsp)=15ml
1t(sp)=5ml

🧂Preparation🧂
①Peel and cut potatoes.
②Cut zucchini and tofu into pieces.
③Add the dried fish to the hot pot and fry until it smells, add water and kombu and cook for 15 minutes.

🧂Sauce🧂
①Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic and scallion white and sauté until it smells.
②Turn off the heat, put chili powder, Korean chili sauce, Korean soybean paste, sesame oil (half), glutinous rice flour, water.
③After turning on the fire and mixing well, add broth (200ml) and stir, then pour into a container for later use.

🥘Steps🥘
①Put sesame oil in a hot pan, add pork, potatoes, zucchini and stir-fry until it smells.
②Pour in broth and miso (3T) and mix well
③Add tofu, chili, scallion (green).
