Healing isn’t about erasing the past or controlling the future—it’s about learning how to stay present in your life right now. In this vulnerable video, I share how one of the biggest obstacles in my healing journey with CPTSD and trauma recovery was getting stuck in the loop of replaying painful memories from the past while constantly fearing what the future might hold.
This cycle kept me paralyzed. It left me exhausted, anxious, and unable to move forward. But learning how to ground myself in the present moment changed everything.
In this video, I’ll share:
🌱 Why living in the past and fearing the future kept me stuck in pain
🌱 How practicing presence shifted my healing journey
🌱 Simple daily tools I used—meditation, journaling, gratitude, and intention-setting
🌱 Why neutrality (not forced positivity) can be the most powerful healing state
If you’ve ever felt caught between past pain and future fear, this video is for you. You are not alone in your healing.
✨ Share your story in the comments—I’d love to know what helps you stay present in your healing journey.

Hi, I'm Maria: I help trauma survivors heal from CPTSD, childhood trauma, and attachment wounds to break generational cycles.
Born to a 15-year-old mother, I experienced childhood abuse, neglect, and family dysfunction that left me with Complex PTSD, emotional dysregulation, and codependent relationship patterns. Traditional therapy helped with symptoms but never addressed the deeper trauma or family systems that kept me stuck.
Through healing my own CPTSD and attachment wounds, I discovered what actually works for cycle breakers dealing with childhood trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and generational patterns. I teach practical, trauma-informed approaches that help you regulate your emotions, heal attachment wounds, set healthy boundaries, and break free from codependency—whether or not you have access to professional help.
Ready to heal childhood trauma and create healthier relationships? Let's break those cycles together!
