How to remove the existing rear engine mount and install a new one on a 03-07 Honda Accord 2.4L 4 cylinder automatic. Replacing this and the front mounts solved my rough idle problem! I did a valve adjustment and cleaned the throttle, and was scared I would need to replaced the idle air control valve (IACV), but thankfully this solved the issue.
