RECIPE
Double Mocha Cake

Instructions
1 rinsed and drained can of black beans
or 1 1/2 cups of any cooked beans
4 TBS cocoa powder
2 tsp coffee extract
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
and 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 TBS coconut oil or butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

Pour into a greased 8x8 baking tray
and bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes

Cinnamon Cake

Instructions
1 1/2 cups of any cooked beans
(pinto or white beans work well)
2/3 cup of egg whites and 2 eggs
3 TBS cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp baking powder
and
1/2 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

Pour into a greased 8x8 baking tray
and bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes
