َللّٰهُمَّ أَعِنِّيْ بِالْعِلْمِ وَزَيِّنِّيْ بِالْحِلْمِ وَأَكْرِمْنِيْ بِالتَّقْوٰى وَجَمِّلْنِيْ بِالْعَافِيَةِ

Transliteration:

ALLAHUMMA 'AGNINI BIL 'ILMI,
(Oh Allah! Enrich us via Knowledge)
WAZAYYINNI BIL HILMI
(Oh Allah! Adorn us with a sense of humility/gentleness)
WA'AKRIMNA BI TAQWA
(Oh Allah! Deem us noble with Taqwa/Piety)
WAJAMMILNI BIL AFIYAH
(Oh Allah! Beautify us by keeping us in a state of well being/healthy)
