Mainly used for producing PC fluorescent tubes, LED fluorescent tubes (LED fluorescent tubes), PC tubes, transparent two-color tubes, frosted tubes, and fluorescent tubes. The types of tubes include glossy, two-color, frosted, sandblasted, light diffusing, semi-circular, etc.
The entire production line consists of extruders, shaping molds, vacuum cooling systems, belt conveyors, fixed length cutters, and finished product stacking racks

2. Electrical control system: The electrical part is controlled by a frequency converter, the motor uses Siemens motors, Omron temperature controllers, and the heating system uses cast aluminum heating coils
3. Both the screw and the barrel are made of high-performance alloy steel, which has advantages such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength. The heating section of the material barrel has two structures: grooved and smooth sections, which meet the needs of different raw materials.
4. Temperature control system: The temperature control adopts Omron intelligent temperature control meter from Japan, dual PID intelligent control, and Schneider solid-state relay.
5. Mold: Using S136 mold steel, different materials of mold steel and designs are adopted according to the characteristics of different materials, achieving multiple strips per piece.
