Pre Cleaner:
AGI MILLTEC Pre Cleaner designed to cater to the pre-cleaning requirement for all types of grains. The Pre cleaner removes foreign particles such as stones, immature grains, and other impurities from the input prior to the processing of the grains.
Classifier:
The Classifier, can efficiently separates oversized and undersized impurities from food grains. The machine also allows grading different sizes of grains.
Destoner:
AGI-MILLTEC De Stoner facilitates the removal of stones and other foreign particles from input grains by separating impurities based on their densities.
Pneumatic Sheller:
Pneumatic sheller is fully automatic with imported vibro feeder. This machine is capable of attaining up to 95% shelling. One can also double the rubber roller life & reduce broken rice under nominal running conditions.
Tray Separator
Tray paddy Separator can efficiently separate Paddy and Brown rice by its differential density. The separated products discharged via outlets for brown rice, paddy and an admixture of paddy and rice.
Thickness Grader
Thickness Grader is used to separate different thickness grains in Brown rice or Polished rice. The material processed through revolving cylindrical screens that are efficient for separating admixture of oversized or undersized grains.
Rice Whitener
Rice Whitener incorporates advanced techniques for whitening of brown rice. The rice whitened very gently between grinding wheel & screen without deforming the original shape of the rice kernel.
Silky Polisher
Silky Polisher is used for polishing the rice surface by spraying water through the mixing chamber and by creating friction among rice grains using milling rollers. The Silky polisher produces rice grains with a shiny surface finish.
Length Grader
Length Grader is widely used for the separation of broken rice from full rice and long rice. Our length graders enable our customers to separate broken grains from whole grains by passing them through rotating indented cylinders.

Color Sorter:
AGI MILLTEC color sorters are accurate and efficient with an excellent sorting capability for all kinds of grains
Packing Machine:
Our packaging equipment allows our customers to pack grains into bags with capacities ranging from 5 kilograms to 75 kilograms
