The game runs at full speed for me, but it is fairly cpu intensive and you will need a fast cpu to run this at full speed. Hopefully the rosters will get updated this year. When the NCAA (and Madden) titles are more playable on the RPCS3 PS3 emulator, I will post videos of those as well.
