➡️ Steps :-
1) Heat water in a saucepan, add 1 tsp Salt and 1 cup soya chunks, Let it boil for 5 min
2) Transfer soya chunks to cold water.
3) Squeeze excess water and transfer to a bowl
4) Add 1 tsp each Black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, Ginger Garlic paste, mix well
5) Add 2 tbsp Cornflour and coat soya chunks well
6) Drop soya chunks in hot oil, fry until crispy and light brown in colour
7) Remove from oil and keep aside
8) In a bowl mix 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp Soy sauce, ¼ cup Green chilli sauce, ½ cup Tomato sauce, 1 tsp Vinegar, ½ tsp Salt, 2 tsp Cornflour, ¼ cup Water. Combine well
9) Heat oil in kadhai, add 1 large tbsp chopped Garlic, 1 tsp chopped Ginger. Sauté well
10) Add one small chopped Onion and fry until light golden in colour
11) Add 2 green Chilli, diced Onion and Capsicum. Fry on high flame until vegetable loses its rawness
12) Finally goes in fried Soya chunks and sauce mixture
13) Mix and cook on high flame for 2 min
14) Finish off with chopped coriander leaves
15) Serve and Enjoy!!
