Bidul Agwaan is the Vice President of Operations and Strategy at MedCords, a startup created by Nikhil Baheti, Shreyans Mehta and Saida Dhanavath in 2017. She is skilled at creating business plans that support as many people across all socio-economic boundaries as possible.

MedCords’ Aayu and Sehat Saathi apps, responsible for the consistent provision of online consultation, prescription and over-the-counter drugs to patients of COVID-19, are a branch of MedCords. The apps are currently working in conjunction with the Rajasthan State government to cater to the state’s 68 million people. But the apps are not only for COVID-19; they also support those overlooked by the pandemic: regular and chronic patients.

The Aayu app already assists nearly 10,000 patients every day and is slated to assist remotely located people and deliver medical aid, whether it is medicines or emergency relief to rural areas in Rajasthan. It has already been employed by several districts and will be adopted by the entire state soon. MedCords is supported by InfoEdge, WaterBridge Ventures, Astarc Ventures and Istart program of Rajasthan’s government.

Currently, the Aayu and Sehat Saathi apps are supporting nearly 10 lakh customers and are partnered with 5000+ medical stores.
