This hearty dish is perfect for family dinners, special occasions, or just a comforting meal any day of the week. Packed with rich flavors from a savory beef sauce, creamy ricotta cheese, and layers of perfectly cooked pasta, this lasagna will quickly become a favorite.

●Ingridients:

•For the Beef Sauce:
Oil: 3 tbsp
Onion: 3 medium, chopped
Garlic: 1 tbsp
Beef mince: 500g
Salt: 1 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Tomatoes: 3 medium, chopped
Tomato ketchup: 1/2 cup
Oregano: 1 tsp
Water: 1/2 cup
Green capsicum: 2, chopped

•For the White Sauce:
Ghee: 3 tbsp
Flour: 3 tbsp
Milk: 3 cups
Salt: 1 tsp
White pepper: 1 tsp

•For Assembling:
White sauce
Lasagna noodles: 1 pack, cooked according to package instructions
Cooked beef sauce
Cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar recommended)
Oregano
Green Capsicum
