Inkjet printers with onboard display control panels need to be set up properly to print 13x19 film media. The larger media size loader known as the “Tray loader” is the one to set up for 13x19 media. Set the Tray loader to 13x19 and the media type when possible to Photo Glossy/Glossy media. Turn off all Auto Load/media switching features. If your printer has feature for “Thick Media”, turn that ON. When you print smaller media sizes, no need to make changes to these settings, just change the settings in AccuRIP Emerald. Then load the smaller media into the Tray Loader. Emerald handles the rest.
