CHEAP 1995 7.3 F350 POWERSTROKE WILL IT START??

I bought a 1995 Ford F350 crew cab long bed 4x4 for $800 bucks. Not knowing if it would run or drive. Pulled the wheels and tires off my donor truck from my Fummins build out them on the f350 and loaded it on a trailer to get it to my shop. Doug came over to work on it and to see if we could get it running. WILL IT START........WHAT DO Y'ALL THINK?
