⭐ 4 Shallots
⭐ 5 Garlic cloves
⭐ 2.5tsp Coriander Seeds (Biji Ketumbar)
⭐ 2.5cm Galangal (Lengkuas)
⭐ 500g Filet Mignon (or any other beef cuts)
⭐ 2tbsp Daun Salam (Indonesian Bay Leaves)
⭐ 2tsp Salt
⭐ 40g Palm Sugar (Gula Jawa)
⭐ 500g Water
⭐ 400ml Coconut Milk
⭐ 1.5tsp Tamarind Water (Tamarind mixed in hot water)
