DIY Shabby Chic Wedding Exploding Box with Cake

The wedding exploding box is one of the most requested cards! This unique project is perfect if you are looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding card, or if you want to make one!
The shabby chic style is also very popular. A combination of both will give you fantastic result :)
I'm bringing you a tutorial hoping that it will inspire you, give you some ideas and confidence to create a similar box.
I absolutely love to make boxes as I can be creative as I want.

I'll show you how to cover the exploding box base with paper,
what kind of scrapbooking paper to choose
I'll show you how to decorate inside of the box, what elements can be good for this type of project
how to use fussy cut elements that are included in the paper collection
how to finish the project adding that final touch
in the centre of the box I added a little 3D paper cake, made out of the same paper collection as the whole project
