First Laps on The Jones Mind Expander

Taking my buddy Daniels Jones Mind Expander for a test ride on our last lap down from snowboarding 2 extremely epic powder days. This mind expander was a size 154 and I’m not entirely sure on the width and binding angles he had it set up to. I believe it was 9 in the front and -3 in the rear. So a slightly different snowboard binding stance than I typically run. (Mine is normally either 21, 0 or 18,-9) In short this is one of the most fun powder snowboards I’ve ever been on and if I was to purchase another powder board to add to my snowboard quiver, the Jones Mind Expander would be it. This snowboard was snappy, poppy, playful and nimble. It rides very surfy and it’s just a good time to be on, turning the mountain into a snowboarders playground. The large spoon nose gives it a fun, forgiving and awesome turning experience, while helping to give it better float and displace the snow. The tail of this snowboard is super stable and fun to land on. I hope to get more laps on this snowboard in the future because it just makes you want to push yourself and see what you can do. If you’re on the fence about it, DO IT!
