I am ready to show my bank book and tax bills for buying a 90 years old traditional Japanese townhouse in Kyoto city! I talked a bit about the overall schedule from visiting the property to signing and closing the contract. Not too much information on housing loans & renovation costs in this video but I'll try to make separate videos for them when I get a chance.
