Ingredients
• 250 gms mushroom
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp fennel seeds
• 1 tbsp coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• 3 green cardamom
• 4-5 soaked cashews
• 3-4 soaked dried red chillies
• 4-5 garlic cloves
• 1 inch ginger
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 strig curry leaves
• Handful of coriander leaves

Instructions
• Slight roast cumin, fennel, coriander seeds, black pepper, green cardamom. Transfer it to the blender.
• Add soaked cashews, soaked dried red chillies, garlic, ginger & water. Prepare fine paste of it.
• Slightly cook mushrooms without adding ghee or oil.
• In a pan heat ghee, add prepared paste & salt. Cook till it separates ghee.
• Add mushrooms & curry leaves.
• Finish it with coriander leaves.
