INGREDIENTS :
For Dough
1. Atta - 1 cup
2. All purpose flour - 2 cups
3. Sugar powder - 1 Tsp
4. Salt - 1 Tsp
5. White Oil - 5 Tsp

For slurry
1. Corn flour - 2 Tsp
2. White Oil - 5 Tsp

For Paneer Butter Masala Base

1.Paneer - 200 gm
2.Butter - 20 gm
3.Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
4.Dry Chilli - 2 pieces
5.Cloves - 4 Pieces
6.Cardamom - 4 Pieces
7.Star Anise - 2 pieces
8.Cinamon stick - 1
9.Black pepper - 1/2 Tsp
10.Bay leaves - 2
11.Cashew Nuts - 50 gm
12.Tomato - 2 Midium size
13. Sugar - 1 Tsp

For curds paste:
1.Curds - 100 gm
2.Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
3.Cumin powder - 1 Tsp
4.Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
5.Turmeric powder - 2 Tsp
6.Salt - 1 Tsp

RECIPE :
Lachcha Paratha with Paneer Butter Masala

Take 1 cup atta and 2 cups all-purpose flour,
You can use only all-purpose flour if you prefer more.
Add sugar, salt, and white oil,
Knead it tightly, making the dough worthwhile.

In another bowl, mix oil and corn flour right,
To make a slurry for Lachcha's flaky delight.

Cut paneer into pieces, medium in size,
Fry on low heat until golden, not overcooked or dry.

Now in a pan, add white oil and butter,
Add masalas one by one, letting the flavors flutter.
Onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, too,
Coriander, curd, tomatoes, cashews for a tasty stew.

Stir for 5 to 10 minutes until blended,
Then strain the paste, smooth and splendid.

In a new pan, heat oil and butter with care,
Add chopped onions, cook 5 minutes to prepare.
Then Kashmiri chili and turmeric go in,
Cook for seconds, let the magic begin.

Add the paste along with sugar and Kasuri methi,
Simmer the mixture till it's thick and meaty.

Knead the dough again, smooth and neat,
Cut it into portions, ready to treat.
Shape the parathas, brush with the slurry,
Sprinkle coriander, then roll in a flurry.

Cut with a knife or pizza cutter straight,
Roll from right to left, don't hesitate.
Shape the parathas, cook them in oil,
Until golden brown, let them uncoil.

Now your Lachcha Paratha with Paneer Butter Masala is done,
