Today we are doing paratha. How to make very soft paratha at home and 5 different types of foldings.
Ingredients
Maida / all-purpose flour / மைதா - 2 cps
Egg / முட்டை( optional ) – 1 no
Salt / உப்பு - 1 to taste
Sugar / சக்கரை – little
Oil / எண்ணெய் – 1/2 cup
