Our Ambassador Big 6ix is the story of Perseverance!
Big 6ix has been an athlete all of his life, played basketball in high school, college and urban summer leagues. In 2002 he was injured while playing basketball, he slipped his L-4 disc in his back and could barely walk. A neurosurgeon performed microsurgery on his back removing half his disc in the L-4. The Doctor stated that he would be handicapped after the physical therapy but Big 6ix persevered! He became a trainer and began to train his body to be stronger to elevate the lack of mobility and physical strength. The more he learned the more he was willing to help people that wanted knowledge on health. He has trained an overcapacity due to demand AB classes at the YMCA, trained the senior Silver sneakers and Pop up Boot camps. Through hard work and perseverance, he has overcome his back pain and created a lifestyle that can help others that need to overcome roadblocks through perseverance! Big 6ix started this brand to help recognize Dope people and the Dope things they are doing! Our brand will create content with Amazing Energy and Great Health tips!
