1957ல் மறைந்த கலைவாணர் அவர்களுக்கு, திமுக முதல்முறையாக 67ல் பதவி ஏற்றதும் மிகச் சிறப்பாக நினைவு விழா நடத்தப்பட்டது. தமிழ்நாட்டில் இருந்த ஏராள பிரபலங்கள் அழைக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தார்கள். மாற்றக் கூடாரத்தில் இருந்த சோ ராமசாமி அவர்களும்.

இந்தப் படமானது, எம்ஜிஆர் அவர்களின் ஆதரவுடன், என் எஸ் கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களின் நகைச்சுவை காட்சிகள் பல தயாரிப்பாளர்களிடமிருந்து உரிமை பெறப்பட்டு கோர்த்து மாலையாக்கப்பட்டது. படத்தின் துவக்கத்தில் என் எஸ் கிருஷ்ணன் விழாவில் பேசியவர்களின் சிறு தொகுப்பு இருக்கும்.

இந்தப் படத்தின் பெயர் 67ல் என் எஸ் கிருஷ்ணன். இப்போது digitally restored செய்யப்பட்டு யூடியூப் சேனலில் வெளியாகியுள்ளது. கலைவாணர் என் எஸ் கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களின் நகைச்சுவை காட்சிகள், முக்கிய டிராக்குகள் இவற்றை இதில் காணலாம். கலைவாணர் தன் 48 வயதிலேயே மறைந்தது கலையுலகத்திற்கு பேரிழப்பு.

Nagercoil Sudalaimuthu Krishnan, popularly known as Kalaivanar and also as NSK, was an Indian actor, comedian, theatre artist, playback singer and writer in the early stages of the Tamil film industry – in the 1940s and 1950s. He is considered as the "Charlie Chaplin of India."

Born in Ozhuginasery, Nagercoil, in the princely state of Travancore, India on 29 November 1908, his stage and cine-screen comedy performances were unique and always carried a message for the people. "Kalaivanar" N. S. Krishnan died at the age of 48, on 30 August 1957.
