SikaTop®-107 Seal is a two-part, acrylic polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing mortar used for various applications, including waterproofing concrete structures, protecting them from damage, and sealing cracks. It's commonly used for potable water tanks, terraces, balconies, basements, and swimming pools. It can also be used as a bonding agent for repair and plastering and as an additive to cement-based paints for waterproofing. 

Specific uses of SikaTop®-107 Seal: 

Waterproofing: It's used for waterproofing concrete structures like water tanks, reservoirs, basements, retaining walls, swimming pools, and wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens. 

Protection: It protects concrete from damage caused by de-icing salts, freeze-thaw cycles, and chloride penetration. 

Crack Sealing: It can seal fine, static cracks in concrete structures that aren't subject to movement. 

Damp-proofing: It's used to seal internal basement walls against dampness. 

Bonding Agent: It acts as a bonding agent for repair and plastering. 

Additive: It can be added to cement-based paints for waterproofing.
