The island of Majuli is frequently visited by tourists from across the world by globe trotters, the island can be accessed by ferry boats which ply regularly each hour starting from morning 8.30 am till 4.00pm daily. The ride provides one of the interesting views during the entire course of 45 minutes journey from Nimatighat (Jorhat) to Kamalabari ghat Majuli.
