Weather Story:

Expect clouds early Monday morning, followed by gradual clearing in the afternoon. It'll be a breezy start to the day, with the winds calming down late in the day.

Our next storm system arrives early Tuesday morning before sunrise, bringing rain and gusty winds. Anywhere from 0.25-0.50" of rain can be expected through the morning. Cold air surges in Tue night, changing any leftover moisture to snow showers. Little to no accumulation is expected.

Expect a much colder, and more blustery New Years Day, with winds up to 25 mph.

Late week, our attention turns to a push of cold air which will push down from Canada. Daytime highs will be in the 20s this weekend with night time lows in the teens.

Models diverge on precipitation chances next Sunday, with a few model runs bringing in another threat of possible snow, while others indicate the possibility of ice. We are still a week away, and things will evolve between now and then.
