Sony's "Legendary" 35mm F1.4 GM - but for astro!?

This lens was hyped something FIERCE when it was released, and considered one of the cleanest, sharpest lenses around. But how good is it really?

Vetting a lens for astrophotography can be a bit of a pain, as most reviews don't dive deep into lens performance when used on the night sky.
