This project name is Intelligent temperature detection system for covid safety.
The project has been developed for the National Coding and Robotics Challenge 2022, organized by SP Robotics.
The main aim of creating this project is to reduce the spread of covid 19.
About the components used in this project :
This device is controlled by the SPDuino board, which is the brain of the device.
With the help of the MLX Temperature sensor, this device will be able to check the body temperature of a person.
By using the Ultra Sonic Sensor, it checks the distance between the sensor and the person. When the distance is less than 20cm, the temperature sensor activates and reads the temperature of the person.
When the temperature of the person is normal, the servo motor opens the gate; however, if the person's temperature is too high, the gate will remain closed.
The Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) is used to display the temperature of the person, if the temperature is normal, it displays the temperature of the person in Celcius Scale and displays that the gate is open; if the temperature is high, it displays a message Stating, High Temperature detected, sending an alert message to the hospital.
when the temperature is high the buzzer starts an alarm so the people near will get alerted and Isolate the fevered person and the GSM SIM 900A Module will transmit an immediate message to hospitals, and the In charge of the respective building stating that a person has a high fever and it will transmit the live location of the device using the GPS module.
The Codey Inventor kit is Used to make a line follower function
so this robot will follow the lines and move to different sectors in the building
For example
When this robot is used in school, this robot scans the temperature of students and move to different sections by following the lines.
In the case of houses, if there are more than two entrances, the robot will follow the line and go to the various entrances to check the temperature and decide whether to open the gate or not depending upon the temperature of the person

How it Works
When a person enters a shop or building, when the person approaches the device to enter the building, the ultrasonic sensor detects the person and the temperature sensor scans the temperature of the person, If the temperature is normal the LCD Displays Normal temperature and the gate will open using the servo motor and the green LED Glows
If the temperature is high, The LCD Displays High Temperature Detected sending a message to the hospital and the gate remain closed and the Red LED Glows, the buzzer gets activated so the people nearby get alerted and isolate the fevered person
The GSM Module will send an immediate message to the Hospital and the Owner of the respective building stating That this person has a high fever and it will send the Current live location of the device
In this case, the ambulance arrives to take the isolated person to the Hospital
Having checked the first entrance of the building, The robot moves to the next entrance of the building using the line follower function to check the temperature of the people entering, and It will decide whether the gate should be opened or not depending upon the temperature of the person

This system can help society by making the Spread of covid 19 reduced
