Killing the Science at NURE. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! Dear Participants 2017 IEEE Design and Test Symposium. I have to inform the world scientific community about the unexpected prohibition in Ukraine of scientists business trips for the own money, related to the execution of official duties. The rector of the University of Radio Electronics Valery Semenets, by the tacit consent of Minister Lilia Grinevich, has banned the travel of scientists abroad. Rector Semenets consciously disrupts the holding of IEEE Symposium in Belgrade for 153 scientists from 32 countries of the planet. But the 2017 IEEE EWDTS will take place ontime in Serbia.
