Cartridge behaving badly: Atari Collection 2 Blaze Evercade cartridge 🟥5 (archive video - resolved)

Previously a private video, used to demonstrate the issue to both Blaze (manufacturer) and Funstock (retailer). Problem discovered within a couple of days of delivery.

Symptoms:

• Refusing to boot select games; jumping back to the menu - both Evercade original and VS models.
• One thumbnail not appearing on the Evercade original handheld.

Most games on the Atari Collection 2 (🟥05) cartridge won't play, keeping the consoles in the OS options. Tried on the Evercade handheld (updated to V2.0.2) and the Evercade VS (originally on V2.0.2, before updating to yesterday's V2.1.0 release incase it was a firmware issue).

Real Sports Tennis won't play on either system, but interestingly won't even display the thumbnail on the handheld. In contrast, Basket Brawl seems to play well.

Resolution:

Gently emailed with the description of the problem, a link to this video and proof of purchase to Blaze (‪@EvercadeRetro‬) and Funstock (‪@FunstockCoUk‬). Funstock sent me a fresh new replacement, which worked a treat.
