SIRANG Yazd cooperative manufacturing factories produce more than 12 types of polyester and polypropylene yarn, which is built on a land of 150 thousand square meters and operates with more than 1000 workforces.
The products of this company include: POY and POY microfilament, DTY and DTY microfilament, ITY, FDY, TFO or twisted yarn, multi-ply twisted yarn, Lycra and Melange yarn, Schweitzer or sewing yarn, BCF yarn and also various types of plastic and cardboard bobbins which are produced and supplied with a variety of more than 3000 different colors.

Sirang's sophisticated lab is equipped with the most up-to-date measuring devices. all the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the productions such as: linear density, twist, tenacity, force of rapture, elongation, thermal shrinkage, Intermingle, oil percentage, yarn unevenness, etc., and visual parameters such as color shade, pill and broken filaments, how the yarn is twisted on the bobbin and other parameters are frequently controlled and evaluated.
POY (partially oriented yarn)
This yarn is produced through met-spinning process using semi-dull or super bright polyester chips in raw white or dope dyed using masterbatch or pigments. It is mostly used as the precursor of texturizing factories to make texturized ATY & DTY yarn. Other applications of POY could be using for knitting sofa and curtain fabric, tracksuit (particularly in winter sports), shirts, socks, and knitted fabrics.
FDY (fully drawn yarn)
The process of producing FDY yarns is similar to the production of POY yarn, except that it is fully matched under heat and stretching operations.
SIRANG is capable of producing FDY yarns in a wide variety of colors. Apart from its direct application in knitting, FDY is used as raw material for the production of TFO yarn.
Among all uses of this type of yarn, we can mention: sofa and curtain fabrics, crepe fabric, scarves, sewing and embroidery, Chanel thread, etc.

FDY yarn produced by Sirang company has a high variety of colors which is produced in fluorescent, high-shrinkage, low-shrinkage and high-filament types.
Microfilament yarn
In comparison to other types of Polyester yarn, Microfilament Yarn consists of a higher density of filaments with less than 1 denier.
In terms of texture, Microfilament Yarn is even more delicate than natural silk. Small diameter of Filaments contributes to a fabric that is soft and subtle to the touch, with improved flexibility and suspension properties. Microfilament Yarn is used in the production of veil, dress, tracksuit, cleaning napkins, overall and etc.
