Life often asks us to play different roles beyond what we’re used to. In this fun video for a BBC project pitch by a media firm many moons ago, we embraced our French accents and went with the flow. I was asked to be an MTV-style show host and dialled up my energy and enthusiasm!...

As a transformational career coach, I often invite you to look beyond your habits and embrace new roles and archetypes to expand your range of responses to any situation. (I have colleagues who swear by improvisation and jazz.) It can feel uncomfortable to start with, but you soon realise you are much more than a fixed personality. I can guarantee you more joy and fulfilment as a result.
