Step-by-step instructions to enable RMail® anti-whaling settings within the outlook app.

The RMail® anti-whaling options for outlook are as follows: the first option is in inbox, click ‘File’, then select ‘RMail Settings. The second option is from the feature pop-up, click the ‘Settings’ button and then 'Safe Sender'. The Safe Sender – Anti-Whaling settings include the following:
• Enable Anti-Whaling Phishing Alerts: When checked, the Anti-Whaling feature turns on.
• Display the Anti-Whaling icon on the feature pop-up: The image of a green whale pops up at the bottom.
• Display the Safe Sender button on the warning pop-up: a warning message pops up when trying to forward or reply to the email.
• Anti-Whaling Safe Senders: When the ‘Safe Sender’ button is selected in the warning pop-up (above), the email address will automatically be recorded in the ‘Anti-Whaling Safe Senders’ section in the settings panel. Note: it is important to be absolutely sure and verify who the sender is before doing this.
• Anti-Whaling Safe Sender File Location: The anti-whaling safe sender list can be stored in your computer so that the list can be shared with groups or teams when needed.
