While everyone headed to Walt Disney World for the reopening of 2 of their parks, we headed 65 miles south of Orlando to the Westgate River Ranch for a 2 night stay for my 44th Birthday.

We really enjoyed ourselves even though it was a very short trip. We hope to return in the future when our son is a little bigger and can do the activities in the Adventure Park.

Something I want to add that I forgot to include in the video. We felt VERY safe and protected while here. There is not a mask mandate in this county, yet we were required to wear a mask indoors at all times. We were allowed to take off our mask while at the restaurant and at the rodeo AFTER we sat down. Our temperatures were checked also at both. I feel like Westgate is taking all necessary precautions to keep their guests safe.

They have all types of accommodations including Luxe TeePees & Glamping Tents. We chose to go a little more economical and got a room with a television (a must with a 4 year old). Although, now having gone, I would love to try the Teepees next time we go. They are also buidling some Wagon Cabins that look like fun.

We stayed in a Saddle Club Studio Cabin, which sleeps 4 and is 329 ft²
