किडनी पेशेंट में खून की कमी का इलाज | Anemia in Kidney Failure | Kidney Treatment
Many kidney failure patients often suffer from anemia, which causes persistent fatigue, weakness, and low energy levels. If not addressed in time, it can significantly affect daily activities and overall well-being. That’s why it’s crucial to manage anemia through proper care, a nutrient-rich diet, and effective Ayurvedic treatments. Anemia in kidney patients occurs due to reduced erythropoietin hormone production, which is essential for red blood cell formation.

Blood formation, or hematopoiesis, happens inside the bone marrow. For this process to work properly, the body needs key nutrients like iron, vitamin B12, folic acid, proteins, and a special hormone called erythropoietin. To keep blood production steady and the body strong, it's important to eat a healthy diet and get the right nutrients every day.

In kidney failure, the kidneys produce less of a hormone called erythropoietin (EPO), which tells the bone marrow to create red blood cells. When EPO levels drop, the body makes fewer red blood cells, leading to anemia. This results in symptoms like tiredness, weakness, and dizziness, making it crucial to treat anemia in kidney patients early and effectively.

Vegetables like beetroot and fruits like pomegranate are known to support blood formation in general. But for kidney patients, these natural remedies alone aren't enough. Since anemia in kidney disease is mainly due to low levels of erythropoietin, simply eating blood-boosting foods won’t solve the issue. In such cases, treatment often requires erythropoietin injections to help stimulate red blood cell production effectively.
