Then we install a portable version of the the desktop client on a USB key. So you can sit in front of whatever computer Foo log in as Bar, sync your USB with files in the cloud even if Bar do not have admin privileges. No trace of this activity is left on computer Foo. Most of the time this is what you need as a school teacher working with classroom computer.
